Seminar or conference report with an AI agent
A report (доклад) is a text a pupil or student presents orally at a lesson, seminar or student conference and then hands in as a written document.
Because it is meant to be heard, it uses shorter sentences, clear signposts and explained terms. The AI agent can also write conference theses on request.
What it contains
- A title page with the event or discipline and the speaker's details
- An introduction that addresses the audience and states the goal and plan
- Two to four sections, each making one main point with facts and examples
- Spoken mentions of key sources, as well as formal citations
- A conclusion with a recommendation or question for discussion and a thank-you
- A reference list
Typical structure
- Title page
- Introduction with address to the audience
- Section 1
- Section 2
- Section 3 (and 4)
- Conclusion and thank-you
- References
Length and format
The text is sized for speaking at about 120 words per minute. Without a set time, it is usually 1,200–1,800 words, which is 10–15 minutes and 5–7 pages; a 7-minute talk is about 850 words.
The usual layout is A4, Times New Roman 14 pt, 1.5 spacing and a title page without a contents page. Your teacher or conference may set other rules.
How the AI agent helps
- Enter the topic, the event and the speaking time you have.
- Attach materials or requirements, or ask for conference theses instead.
- The AI agent sizes the text to your time and writes it to be easy to follow by ear.
- Download the DOCX, rehearse it aloud and adjust the wording to how you speak.
Questions and answers
How is a report different from an abstract?
A report is written to be read aloud and is shaped for listeners. An abstract is a written literature review with a contents page and longer sections.
Can I get conference theses instead?
Yes. Ask for theses in step 2 and you get a title, authors, one to three pages of continuous text and a short reference list.
Can I make slides for the same report?
Create a separate Presentation task and attach your report, so the slides follow the same content.
How long will it take to read?
If you enter a speaking time, the text is sized to it at roughly 120 words per minute.
Enter your topic and speaking time to get a report draft that is easy to present.
The AI agent prepares a draft that you review, edit and finalize yourself; exact requirements depend on your school, university or teacher.
