Document translation with an AI agent
Pupils, students, teachers and employees often need a document in another language: an article, a textbook chapter, a contract, instructions or a letter.
The AI agent translates the text you supply into the task language and keeps the original structure, so the result reads naturally and is easy to compare.
What it contains
- A complete translation of the supplied text, without omissions or summaries
- The same headings, lists, tables, footnotes and captions as the source
- Established terminology of the field, used consistently
- Names, numbers, dates, formulas and citations kept exactly
- Translator's notes only where something cannot be rendered
- An optional two-column bilingual layout
Typical structure
- Translated headings and body text in the source order
- Translated tables, captions, headers and footers
- Translator's notes as footnotes, if needed
- A final note on where the translation stops, only if the source is very long
Length and format
The translation is as long as the source. Very long documents are translated from the beginning up to the end of a complete section, with a note on where it stops.
Unless the source layout says otherwise, the result uses A4, Times New Roman 14 pt and 1.5 spacing. A bilingual version puts source and translation side by side in a table.
How the AI agent helps
- Choose the target language and attach the file, or paste the text into the requirements.
- Say which pages or sections to translate and whether you want a bilingual layout.
- The AI agent translates with field-specific terms and keeps the original structure.
- Download the DOCX and check names, terms and key figures before use.
Questions and answers
Which languages can I translate into?
Kazakh, Russian or English. The source language is detected automatically or taken from your prompt.
What if I do not attach any text?
The AI agent does not write its own text to translate. You get a short note asking you to attach the document.
Does Kazakh use Cyrillic or Latin script?
Cyrillic by default, following current orthography. Ask for the Latin alphabet in the requirements if you need it.
Is the translation official or certified?
No. It is a working translation for you to review. Official documents may need a certified translator.
Attach your document and choose the language to get a structured translation you can review.
The AI agent prepares a draft that you review, edit and finalize yourself; exact requirements depend on your school, university or teacher.
